At the beginning of 2022, the Managing Partner of the Finnish law firm Borenius in Russia and leading real estate professionals with positions in the foreign consulting companies Colliers International, CBRE and Maris in Moscow and St. Petersburg established the company Investment Assets Platform LLC

The synergy of law and consulting allows us to create a unique product that covers all our clients' needs – starting from consulting, brokerage and property management with full legal support up to raising finance and the structuring of any transaction.

We structure and create property portfolios for foreign and family funds

We coordinate the constructionof production and logistics facilities based on clients' specifications from scratch

We assist in obtaining government support in the form of subsidies and interest-free financing for the construction of industrial plants and the purchase of production equipment

We develop concepts of and support for the construction of multi-temperature distribution centers

We select investment assets - shopping centers, business centers, warehouses, industrial and production facilities

We assist in searching for and structuring transactions involving defaulted and pledged assets

We start up and manage shopping centers and business centers

We conduct crisis management of distressed assets
